*Note: The Herbal Health Store offers limited Free Shipping upto $5.95. If the shipping charges are determined to be more than $5.95, customer will be responsible for paying the difference.
For example, if shipping cost for an order over $64.95 is $10.00, the customer will be charged $4.05 i.e. $10.00 - $5.95.

Standard Shipping:
A flat shipping & handling fee of $5.95 will be charged for all orders less than $64.95.
Note: An additional shipping charge may be applicable if order's weight constitute more than $5.95 charge. The customer will be notified via email confirming the final charges.

Suggestions:
Use your work address as the shipping address if there is no one at home to sign for your order. Almost all of the delivery carriers, we use, require a signature on delivery otherwise, the delivery of your order may be delayed by a few days.
If you have any specific delivery instructions/directions, write them in the comment section just before finalizing your order.

Order Processing:

Please allow 2-5 business days for orders to be processed and additional 3-8 days (approx.) for shipping.

Orders received before 12:00 pm CST Monday through Friday will be placed in the processing queue on the same day.

Out of Stock or Discontinued Products:

The Herbal Health Store is committed to process and ship every order in an expedient and professional manner. Occasionally, some products are unfortunately out of stock or discontinued by their suppliers due to either their popular demand or temporary unavailability. These delays are always unforeseen and unexpected. Under such circumstances, we will inform the customer.

If a product is out of stock or discontinued causing the total to fall below $64.95, such order will not qualify for free shipping and invoice will be adjusted accordingly.

Canadian Orders:

The flat rate for Canada is $20.00 to all packages up to 5lbs. If the weight exceeds 5lbs. then we will add extra shipping charges according to the actual weight of the shipment. We will email you with the difference in cost.

Orders placed within Canada are shipped via USPS Air Mail.

The following rules and restrictions apply fo all orders shipped to Canada:

1. The following items are NOT ALLOWED to be imported unless through a Doctor’s office: Carnitine, Acetyl-L-Carnitine , Tryptophan, DHEA, Pregnenolone, Androstenedione, and Human Growth Hormone, please check from your local health centers for Melatonin and 5-HTP. 2. If the package is seized by Customs for any reason and we do not receive the package back, we will not issue you a refund. If we do receive the package back after being seized and the products are in perfect condition, we will credit you the product cost, but you are still responsible for the shipping charges.

3. Prepayment is required. Payment must be by credit card, US or International Money Order, or bank draft.

4. Shipping charges are based on the weight of the order and the destination.

International Orders:

A minimum $30.00 shipping charge shall be applied to all packages up to 4lbs (outside the USA and Canada). If the weight exceeds 4lb then we will add extra shipping charges according to the actual weight of the shipment. We will email you with the difference in cost.

Currently, The Herbal Health Store.Com uses United States Postal Service Global Priority International Mail(4-7 days) fo all orders placed outside the USA and Canada.

This method gives the customer tracking information, receipt of verification, as well as the fastest delivery time. It is also more cost effective than UPS Ground or Airborne Express.

Credit Card Verification:

International Customers must fax or email The Herbal Health Store a copy of the front page of their credit card statement (monthly statement/ bill sent to you indicating how much you have spent), or a copy of the front and back of your credit card along with a utility bill indicating your name and shipping address. This step is only done once for the first time customer to verify that you are indeed the owner of the card and that there is no fraud or misconduct. Only after verifying the credit card, we will ship the order.
